PRINTING

The offset litho process forms the heart of our business. We employ five members of staff in this department who manage thr following machinary:

• 1 Heidleberg Speedmaster 74, this is a two colour perfector and prints upto a sheet size of B2

• 1 Heidleberg SORMZ, this machine prints two colours upto a sheet size of B2

• 1 Heidleberg GTOZ, this machine also prints two colours but upto a smaller sheet size of B3

• 1 Heidleberg GTO 52, this machine prints in single colour, numbers and perforates upto SRA3

• 1 Heidleberg Cylinder, 22½" x 32¼", we use this machine for die-cutting, perforating, cutting and creasing

We have the capabilities to produce anything from business cards and draw tickets to full colour books, brochures and leaflets. Our reputation for high quality work has enabled us to build a strong relationship with many printers in the South West of England.
